Goal:

Our goal is to invest private equity as a stockholder alongside US-based private equity funds, management teams, families, etc. Our current US fund has $8.5 million of equity available for investment and we are actively seeking investment opportunities.

Primary Targets

• Small and medium-sized US-based private companies
• Equity investments of $1- $2 million per transaction
• Acquisitions, growth capital, leveraged buyouts, management buyouts, and recapitalizations
• Any type of industry except high tech
